A good Executive Coach understands how an organization works. Is someone with whom I can discuss dilemmas that I cannot share with everyone else.
Who listens excellently. Who gets to know me on pitfalls and points of development, my life story and patterns. And who can interpret their impact on my leadership roles.
Executive Coaching for C-suite and Board Members
After studying Human Resources, I studied Organizational Psychology and obtained an academic degree in the field of Executive Coaching. To this end, I participated in the two-year Masters in Executive Coaching program at Ashridge Executive Education near London, the only program worldwide that leads to an MSc degree in Executive Coaching.
With more than three decades of organizational experience, my psychological background and the extraordinary Ashridge specialization in Executive Coaching, I am happy to work with you on profound strategic self-awareness.
Jelle has helped me to learn to recognize some “mistakes” in my thinking in a very effective and pleasant way, in order to prevent undermining thoughts and the resulting unpleasant feelings. As a result of which I can choose another ‘turn’ in time that does not go along with the negative spiral of thought. This helps me in my daily life, both business and private.
I hired Jelle as an Executive Coach. I experienced his coaching as very valuable. Jelle’s coaching style is very open and integer, and at the same time he does not avoid difficult themes. It is great to have met a coach who knows how organizations work.
Thanks to his direct approach, Jelle is able to get the core of a problem within a short amount of time. His training has been invaluable to our organisation. I’d gladly recommend Jelle Vos to anyone struggling with a similar problem.
