For the past 10 years, I have specialized in leadership and personal effectiveness. In addition to running a coaching and training practice, I’m currently completing my ‘Master’s in Executive Coaching’ (MSc) at Ashridge Executive Education near London.
This is the only course of its kind to offer a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching. The Master’s degree in Executive Coaching has been accredited by three international accreditation systems (AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA). Before making the switch to the wonderful world of coaching and training, I worked in multiple (interim) HR positions (senior advisor and manager), including 30 years as a self-employed professional. I studied Human Resource Management and Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
I am also a certified Hogan Leadership Forecast Series assessor, a method that can be used to map leadership potential. Above all, however, it provides into potential derailment risks that leaders may face. The Hogan assessment method is used in 56 countries, and it is used in over half of the companies in the American Fortune 500.
I am passionate about knowledge. I love reading and I read a lot, especially in the fields of (executive) coaching, psychology, personal effectiveness and leadership. You could argue that I have developed a ‘very well-documented intuition.’
I am married and we have a daughter together. Because my wife was born in Indonesia (a beautiful country that we visit regularly), I have been lucky enough to set up a coaching practice in Asia as well.
I work in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
