For the past 10 years I have specialized profoundly in the field of leadership and personal effectiveness.
I started this study because I became convinced that coaching is one of the most effective ways of organizational development.
Before I made the switch to the wonderful profession of coach 10 years ago, I worked in a multitude of (interim) HR positions (senior consultant and manager / director). I have been independently established for more than 30 years. I have a passion for developing potential. In addition, I like to read a lot, especially in the field of (executive) coaching, psychology, personal effectiveness and leadership. One could say that I have a “very well-documented intuition in terms of personal development.”
I am married and we have one daughter.
I work in Europe, the Middle East and in Asia.
